Christmas countdown .. 28 days
All plans are in place now and we will be setting up our carnival float on Saturday ready to parade around Torquay. With the White Tie and Tiara New Year’s Eve party as the theme, the thought dawns on me daily that it is going to be freezing out there! I neeeeeed thermals!!!
News from the front desk, the Christmas decs are all up, and they look great, however slight mishap when the General Manager was walking past one of the 4ft long hanging giant baubles when it dropped, narrowly missing him!! and if you saw this decoration you would understand just how chilling the experience must have been, and we are most definately not laughing (ha ha ha ha!!!)
Jacklyn is now on her maternity leave, with only a few weeks before little junior arrives. She has foolishly left me in control of her workload, I’ll cope though … won’t I?!
