The Grand hotel in Torquay is undergoing an extensive rolling refurbishment of its accommodation as part of the hotels commitment to its customers, offering the very highest levels of comfort.

The hotel’s general manager, Mr Jason Parry explained, “We are extremely excited and pleased to inform all of our guests that we are currently undertaking a rolling refurbishment of all the bedrooms here at The Grand Hotel. The rooms are being completely refurbished with modern conveniences such as, flat screen televisions, DVD players and Wi-Fi access. This is going to take place during 2008.The Hotel will still retain the original features which make it such a special place to stay, deserving of its title of The Grand Hotel.”

The refurbishment is focused at providing the hotels customers with more comfortable accommodation, facilities and improving technology.

“The changes are targeted at the growing needs of our customers. Flat screen televisions, DVD players and Wi-Fi access are all important improvements which will allow our guests to have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The new rooms are simply stunning, maintaining all of the Hotels original charm and elegance.
