Speed, precision and tricky manoeuvres were on the menu last night when the Red Arrows wowed the whole of Torquay with their display last night.

This amazing team of pilots flew in as part of the Torbay Royal Regatta celebrations. With clear blue skies above and the wide expanse of the bay below, they created hearts and fan shapes out of their coloured vapour trail. We all held our breath as they performed cross overs and fly pasts at astounding speeds - and so close to eachother.  They flew over The Grand several times, sometimes so close that we could almost see the pilots in their cockpits.  Marvellous stuff!
