Conference Tariff

 Day Delegate rates at The Grand Hotel for meetings and conferences are as follows:

£20 per person.  This includes the room hire, 2 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and a sandwich lunch.

£30 per person.  This includes room hire, 3 servings of tea, coffee and biscuits and a 2 course hot and

cold buffet.

£40 per person.  This includes room hire, tea, coffee and Danish Pastries on arrival; tea, coffee and

homemade cookies mid-morning; a 2 course hot and cold buffet lunch with jugs of Orange juice and

tea, coffee and scones/mini cakes served mid afternoon.

APRIL AND MAY LAST MINUTE RATES!

Note that if you book a meeting or event at The Grand during April and May and are spending over £100 on Food and Beverages, there will be no room hire charge.

For conferences, meetings and events that require an overnight stay please add £100 per person to

the above Day Delegate rates.  This rate includes a 3 course dinner with coffee, overnight accommodation

and full English Breakfast.

Please note that minimum numbers apply for both Day Delegate and 24 Hour Delegates and these are:

Chatsworth - 10 people

Cavendish - 20 people

Windsor - 15 people

Devonshire - 50 people
