The Compass Lounge offers lighter fare and indulgent afternoon cream teas. The AA rosette Restaurant 1881 offers a seasonal a la carte menu which highlights Executive Head Chef, Scott Harrison-Jones’s passion and flare for fusing wonderful seasonal ingredients and fabulous local ingredients.
