Following last year's hugely popular Classics menu, our chefs have been hard at work again, using the best local ingredients to create some real delights for the cold winter months. To get your tastebuds tingling, you'll be offered glorious casseroles, mouthwatering pastry topped pies, the fluffiest steamed puddings with sticky sauces and lots more - and all to our award-winning standard.

After checking in and unpacking, come down to our Compass Lounge, where we'll treat you to a delicious hot chocolate, whilst you take in our unbeatable views of Torbay. Each night, indulge in your choice from our special 'Classics' dishes before heading up to bed where you'll sleep soundly, before rising the next morning for a full Westcountry breakfast.
