Richard Hunt, twice British Chef of the Year, will be demonstrating his love of seafood with a week long seafood extravaganza - highlighting the delicacies that come fresh from Devon and Southwest waters. The menu focus for the week will be on locally caught seafood though carnivores don't despair - you won't be left out!
